Trading Academy videos

Would be cool to have a window in navigator with the YouTube channel built into it. Or a link at the bottom of the academy to the YT channel for "more videos here" or something. A) because I think a lot of people miss the fact there is a YouTube and b) because I'm lazy and less tabs open it better.

Giving some XP for watching the academy videos all the way through may encourage noobs to do it. Just 5xp per video or something small

Would be great to have training on how to use the algo for stock options.

I'm aware that as retail traders, we can copy other professional traders in MT4/5 and on cTrader too. It would be good to be able to allow others to copy OUR trades and take commission. Not really sure how to set this up on MT4/5. Is it possible to provide some assistance/training/advice on this?
